Sarah Bilbao is a highly experienced Women's Health and Menopause Specialist Nurse Educator, bringing over 35 years of clinical nursing expertise to Coasties Diabetes on the Central Coast of NSW.

Sarah's practice focuses on the full spectrum of female reproductive and sexual health, with particular expertise in perimenopause and menopause care. She provides personalised education and management recommendations to help women understand their symptoms, navigate their treatment options, and feel confident in their health decisions.

Her areas of expertise include perimenopause and menopause management, gynaecology, midwifery, well-women health screening, family planning, sexual health, contraceptive options, and assisted reproductive treatments including IVF.

Sarah consults at Coasties Diabetes across our Gosford, Umina Beach, Manly, and Macquarie University clinics, with telehealth appointments also available across Australia. GP referrals are welcome..
